The Halibut Experiment, Pt.1
Start with Halibut that you're lucky enough to eat or freeze 2 hours after it was caught. (Have I mentioned that I'm incredibly spoiled? good luck with that part)
Broil until flaky. (This takes less time than you think)
sprinkle with lemon juice (2 tblsp) and spread mixture of butter, green onions, cheddar cheese, sea salt
