Good news!

I've taken up knitting and crocheting again. Now I just have to remember how to pick up dropped stitches.

Mitch started college.

We're all good here as well.

Hugs to you all!

Wow, you are getting along well then!
Give love to the fam for me!!
and if you have any knitting questions-don't hesitate to ask.
I am really working on getting my fashion line out there. It is all knit-wear. Some pieces are completely knit and others may have other fabrics included.
Pretty exciting stuff all round here.

YouTube has been invaluable. I'm currently looking for a pattern for a pair of mitts with no thumb attachment but a slit instead so they can be pushed up quickly for handwashing.

I have also discovered sweetgeorgiayarns.com. I never knew yarn color charts could border on- pornographic.

Mitch turned 21 yesterday. (Your day is coming) We are recovering from taking him out to the bar. You would think that 5 liquors in four drinks in 90 minutes he'd feel something... nope, no hangover. His mother did not fare quite so well. Dammit. :)

Are you coming back east for any of the holidays?

Scot and I have been aching to come back. We talk about it at least every other day. It is very much on our minds these days.

I have a pattern for fingerless gloves-no thumb, just hole so you could bring your thumb in quickly to wash. Look at this: http://sites.google.com/site/knitthis2010/
It is my website-go to->Knitted Bliss->accessories-there are some fingerless gloves there. Especially the black ones with the white buttons. Let me know if you'd like the pattern.

And I can see Aidan fairing better than us once we get to the 21 age...oh man.
