New goal: lose 16 pounds by December. I need to get a handle on this sugar addiction and catch up with my slowing metabolism before I have to buy new work clothes.
But my thyroid levels are good, so thats some good news.

My thyroid levels are good too, and that's not being on meds.
I need to lose LOTS of weight. I need more exercise that doesn't hurt and cut down on snacking when I am home all day.
