Ain't It Cool is reporting that Gary Oldman has not, at this point, been hired back to reprise his role of Sirius Black in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. That is especially bad news considering that filming has already started

While Sirius is important, he won't be needed for any in-school scenes. Most likely, the reason he and WB haven't finalized a contract is simply because it's not his turn to be filmed yet. Check out the TLC article here.
