Quite. I did wonder where Suzi put the eye bits on the bus... presumably on the lights or something!

And I do think your theory of hair colour has a lot to do with it. Although it seems to be more to do with facial expression than shape of face or mouth or anything like that, as well. Still, I suppose it highlights some of the major problems facing the technology!
