I survived teaching my first Aikido lesson! Dare I say, I think it actually might have gone quite well :-) So yay! Was teaching with someone who was more experienced than me, but he seemed to quite appreciate me being there and teaching as well, so that was cool.

I didn't do any *proper* work though... well, about two hours, but that's not really

Cool - what techniques did you do?

Dave came up with the lesson plan (which was awfully helpful of him!) but we did the three munatski kokyonages that you do in brown belt and then three "variations" as Dave's doing his 2nd Dan in September. So it wasn't too technical :-) (And the ki exercises were testing munatski, an insane harmony exercise Dave made up, ushiro tori undo and testing tenkan undo.)
