Vid Post - Vividcon 2011 Premieres Intro Vid

I'm not sure how it happened exactly, but somewhere along the line I agreed to do the intro vid for the Premieres show at vividcon this year. But only because I didn't have to start from scratch on the idea front. I was given the song and a request for title cards with some kind of retrospective imagery by absolutedestiny. And greensilver, sweetestdrain, sisabet, and renenet, not to mention resources like

I told Ian, but I don't think I ever mentioned it to you, how very much I loved that intro (and how I started to cry the instant I saw the Pros clip). It was lovely and heartfelt and everything I love about this community, and that you included old favorites really touched me (being a dinosaur and all). I have had thie kind of elegaic vid to a Sigur Ros song in my head for a long time that's about fandom(s), and this reminded me of that idea and made me really want to act on it. Very inspirational.
