Vid Post - Vividcon 2011 Premieres Intro Vid

I'm not sure how it happened exactly, but somewhere along the line I agreed to do the intro vid for the Premieres show at vividcon this year. But only because I didn't have to start from scratch on the idea front. I was given the song and a request for title cards with some kind of retrospective imagery by absolutedestiny. And greensilver, sweetestdrain, sisabet, and renenet, not to mention resources like

This vid made me tear up and laugh and tear up again and then smile and smile and smile. It's a perfect emblem of this year's con and, for me, one of the highlights of Premieres; I love it like crazy, and I can already tell that it's going to be one of my go-to vids to watch when I need a hit of fandom love. Thank you so much for making it.

I wanted to say for the record that I'm really, really appreciative of how much you gave to Vividcon this year: your work--between this amazing intro vid, the amazing Catwoman vid, the amazing Club Vivid costume and the OMGWTFBBQUNICORNSCATBABYCOLLABORATION--really set the tone and provided a really HEFTY proportion of this con's awesome in a year where awesomeness was sorely needed. So seriously: THANK YOU SO MUCH.
