Well now things have changed. From the going to bed at 7 in the morning to getting up at 7 in the morning. Me and my pal foot-foot, I mean Phillip are going to be running everyday and have crazy work-out sessions. Feels great thus far!!!Lets hope we keep it up.

So I havn't updated in well you know along time. So people should add me to there friends list I mean phill is the hit now. Well I am starting to not be sick anymore which is good. I went to get my tips at work, and they were not nearly as much as I thought. Justice needs to be served I need to go straight to the source...the political pudant! Well thats it for today have a good one.
