You know when your a kid Christmas is a great thing theres lightning in the air you can feel it you know its a splendid day that fills you up. For me its just another day. Actually a sad one because I miss what Christmas meant to me once...No its just well crap. Sigh... We have Christmas dinner which is nice a turkey and fixings but its just me my

Sometimes you have to make your own christmas. As a kid it gets handed to us. The tree is automatically trimmed and the house is magically filled with foods and presents.

As adults, we have to do it all ourselves. We have to get a decorate the tree, buy and cook foods, take time off and invite people over if we want to spend it with anyone, face the insane crowds to get presents for people...

I think as an adult it's less about magic and wonder and more about enjoying the lights, and weather (or lack thereof in FL :( ), and spending some time with people I care about.

And yeah, working retail sux. I remember for YEARS I never had any holiday or weekend off. Just keep working and going to school and remember it will get better.

We love and missed you, and I believe Dennings is planning on a late party with he gets back, possibly on New Years.
