BBQ Chicken - How my Mom made it.

I got the old yellowed note card that Mom had typed up who knows how many years ago. There were three drops dark spots on the upper left corner and the card shows the wears and tears of years of use. The card smells slightly of vinegar. The card reads

That looks really interesting, I may have to try it. What does it taste like?

I honestly don't have anything to compare it to. It's got a little vinegar taste to it but it's not overpowering. The flavor is sweet and tangy.
