"VANISHED" at the Upfronts

The NY Times TV critic did a real-time blog from the Upfronts. Here's what she said as they were going on:

I did read Virginia Heffernan's "blog" on nyt.com -- and found it pathetic. She's one of the most lackluster staff writers in features, if you ask me. "Looks OK"!! A nondescription if there ever was one.

Even if our thoroughbred weren't in the race, Vanished looks like a winner. With its pitch alone, it certainly taps into the Natalee Holloway world we are living in.

How appropriate for it to be airing on Fox.

Both VARIETY and THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER have articles this week singling out Vanished as the darling of the foreign buyers. They've been attending screenings the past few days.
