Okay, I think it's fairly obvious that I had a bad run in with a guy. However, it was a particularly bad run in. My number was given to the guy in question on Friday. Why do guys feel the need to be complete assholes?!?!?!? I'm done withi them for I don't know how long. 3 months was recommended, I might go longer.

I'm under contract! In March I'll be a homeowner and in April, I'll actually be living there! I"m so freaking excited! Yay for me!

Okay, so I'm not actually a homeowner yet, but I feel like I'm closer than I ever was. I made an offer on a condo last night.
