Teehee. With the boy, I try to not get too uptight about stuff like that but then it is part of his chores to then go make sure he picked all that stuff up. LOL, I do that with my shoes I have to admit... it drives Aelfred crazy. He's finally gotten used to shoes at the front door, shoes at the bottom of the stairs, shoes in the living room, in the family room, in the kitchen....eventually they make it back in the closet.
I am pleased to hear that Janos has faced this and is going forward with seeking help. I know that it isn't easy, but he's got a really strong incentive to do it.
Well I am sure Janos was probably told all his life that he "Just needed to Foucus" or "You are lazy" etc. ADD diagnoses seem to be a late 80's early 90's deal, so he probably never thought it applied to him, or that ADD is an excuse.
Good for him in figuring out the problem, and good for him getting help!
