Stormy pencil board
Since my office has just moved (I will start work at the new office in PJ tomorrow arggh) I changed my shipping address to Eu Geen's dad's office hahah. I ordered an Arashi pencil board aka shitajiki from their 2002 Here We Go summer concert off ebay. It arrived about a week ago but Eu Geen managed to pass it to me today. The 37th
So yesterday I went to the 37th Japan Charity Fiesta & Bazaar which was held at the Nikko Hotel Ball room. To enter you had to buy a ticket which was deemed as a donation fee. The long way round
So... yesterday Yoshie and Aki went back to Japan as Aki has been transferred back there. Their flight was supposed to be at 11.55p.m yesterday so Eu Geen and I went to the airport to see them off. Anpan the bun~
Today, Yoshie taught Eu Geen and I how to make anpan which is bread with red bean paste inside. It was surprisingly uncomplicated!! Maybe because Yoshie did all the measuring and mixing for the dough hehe. Actually I totally forgot the camera so I missed out on taking photos of the dough making process @_@

Mustard Cheese Paste?!
As today was a public holiday, I decided to try out this mustard cheese sauce that looked easy enough. I think I definitely went wrong somewhere... though I'm sure I followed the recipe exactly, I even used a little weighing machine!! 8 Day Battle~
So this has been an interesting week indeed, last Sunday, I decided to make a batch of mini hamburger patties to freeze so that I can use them in my bentos. I have decided that I need to start making up batches of food that I can freeze and use later in my bentos. It saves a lot of cooking time especially if I get home late from work.
