I cannot stand inarticulate people. If you cannot rationally explain to me exactly what your question is, I will not be able to answer your query - because you have not in fact posed one. What's sad is that I'm not even referring to people who have learned English as a secondary language. (That I could at least understand.) I'm talking about people
