ThunderCats, Transformers and practically everything else? Less so. If I could shut down my Internal Nostalgia Generator (The ING Drive), I'd probably loathe them. As it is, I can stomach them if there's really nothing else to do in the day.

The second hand DVD shops within walking distance of my (Paris) flat are chock full of Transformers and Ulysses 31 and He-Man and Thundercats and whatnot. A DVD of each is, in English money, about 60p in some places. I went a little crazy when I first arrived and bought a ton of MASK and Transformers, and a couple of French programmes my girlfriend was nostalgic about (Cobra, anybody? Nicky Larson?). Sadly, I found each and every one of them dull. Nearly a year later, I still haven't watched every episode in my He-Man box set.
