GRE - check.

Anyone need some GRE vocab flashcards?

(I didn't quite match Lisa & Lucy's perfect 1600 scores, but I got close enough that I won't be needing those cards again!)

(The primary purpose of this entry is to brag on L&L's behalf. The secondary purpose of this entry is to get rid of some flashcards.)

Would you mail it abroad?

Sure! When do you need them? Can I send them to you after 9/11 so Dan can use them first?

Actually, you can give them to morin. Thanks though. Another friend of mine will be done with his in a couple days, so I can use his.

Thanks so much though!

GL morin.

BTW, I am completely intimidated by this whole GRE thing. Lisa and Lucy blow my mind.

It's done. :)

It's good enough. It's probably horrible compared to yours.

You coming Thursday?!

Can Dan and I have an epic battle over who gets to use them before the 11th? (or maybe share them...)

Also, holy crap those are good scores. Congrats to all you victims.

Dan evidently doesn't want them anymore, but if Ruthi doesn't need them before the 11th....

Sounds good. Antonyms are eating away at my soul.

GRE: The Reckoning happens for me on the 28th. I am worried. I had better go take some practice tests!

The worst part is I have not yet found a word my dad doesn't know. Not a single one. He also has this hillarious dictionary that has examples for all words from victorian literature.

Luckily, things I just happen to be reading are spawning GRE words everywhere. In no more than two pages of a mediocre fantasy novel I was reading I got:
carom, limpid, lapidary, and stentorian.

Whoa, "limpid" is the only one of those I knew. Glad I didn't know about this two days ago!!
