Well. You've put me to shame, complaining. And here I sit giggling in thanks. Please see my branch of House's House of Whining and feel free to state as many complaints as you possibly can. I keep thinking up new ones, myself.
Also...well, if you deign to, there is a request specifically for you in the comment thread. *sheepish*
Chase looked very, very good. Um... that and Wilson's Nepal cracks were pretty much my high points for the episode. Oh, and most of Scooter until we found out he wasn't a doctor and then... meh.
I've given up on this show realizing that things like, oh, surgery, aren't just preformed by any (cute, blond) guy in a white coat they can haul in but man, when Grey's Anatomy gets more of how hospitals function right...
I loved seeing Carmen in this, and I'm glad he's sticking around for at least a few more episodes. He's got a way of delivering the lines with a dry wit that really worked for the character. I also liked how Scooter got one over on the silly young'uns by getting into the apartment using his brains, while they were still trying to figure out how to break in.
I didn't get the reason for Wilson continuing to mindfuck House over the Ducklings. The guitar-napping was fun, but I think we'd already dealt with the "House doesn't appreciate his team" enough in the past for the previous episode to have been sufficient for getting people back up to speed.

I think I gave a little cheer at that :-) I really do enjoy Carmen, and call me biased but I truly think he could be an interesting addition: a guy who's not a doctor but knowledgable enough that House would be willing to bounce ideas off him. Like Dr. Buffer, but better.

I'm still having problems with that myself. For the moment I'm blaming it on the antidepressants making him just a little psycho. I mean the guitarnapping was kind of clever but he's put way too much effort into the guitar/hallucinating fellows plots. He's almost manic. Well, that's my theory for now anyway.
