Before the 'I love you' zonked my brain, I was thinking that House should have reversed the team names and made the ones with dangling genitalia the 'Yanks'.

LOL I didn't even make that connection, but you're right. And I loved that House was so disappointed in the guys that he wanted to stop dangling ;-)
