I feel your pain! I'm only 26 (yes, I'm still going with the "only", I don't plan on admitting to adulthood any earlier than necessary... ;) and I've had the "forgetting what you came in to get" routine down for years! Apparently, I'm doomed. ;) So, if it makes you feel any better, at least you've got company. ;)
Besides, organization is overrated. Everyone knows that genius is messy. ;)

You know--I've tried the messy genius excuse. In fact, I've probably tried every excuse and none of them really holds up. I'm going to keep blaming the kid, though...mostly because I can ;-)
