How's life going for you? I haven't worked since 2014. Unless some extreme magic occurs, I'll probably never work again. My aunt is (a) dying while (b) sitting on a big pile of money that (c) she has willed to me, but I probably won't get any of it soon enough to save my house from foreclosure. My son just graduated from Liaison College today (final exam was at noon), but trying to support a family of four will probably prevent him from ever getting anywhere with his own life.
Blogs are old-fashioned, dontcha know? Tweets are plenty long enough for any thought a modern person could possibly have.
I got laid off in 2014. Life continues. Been keeping the lights on with little projects here and there. Nothing major has materialized, but hope springs eternal.
Eh, there are plenty of people who'll follow any flock.. not that I have any love for Putin, but burning everything in favor of servers in Trumpland doesn't seem like exactly a big win. (As if any traffic isn't monitored by all the spooks anyway - we know the NSA monitors and stores everything, and GCHQ much the same)
It's more just the general drift - people come and go, sometimes without waving goodbye, but then there are the new friends you wonder how you never noticed before. ^_^
Are you going to try their importing tool to bring your old entries across? If so, let me/us know how that works for you now. I may follow in your footsteps there.
Yeah, I'm not keen on the terms. It seems that if you have a paid account, you're mostly supported by the Cali based office, but if you've let that lapse, as I have, it is now all Moscow. I believe I may pull up the stakes of my mostly cobwebbed tent here soon as well.

Not sure if I'll use it much. Trading one ghost town with ridiculous terms for an even quieter ghost town. It saps the desire to post much.

Instead of that place where everybody knows your name, I always feel like I'm wandering in an empty mall.

Not sure why really. I don't have much to say these days it seems. But I like to read what others are posting.
