While I'm all in favor of the mushy-type posts...you can NOT go through the Christmas Cantata without posting all the gory fun details for us! And anything at all about the children's special Christmas thing at church, if you're involved in that, too this year.

I look forward to that stuff every year! You just CAN'T disappoint me, little duck!

I will definitely do a review of the Massacre, but I didn't do the Children's thingy this year (they decided to give me a break and let someone else do it). The Children's Pageant this year will consist of the children standing up there, and supposed to be singing Christmas songs, but most of them will be standing there, shuffling their feet and mumbling. I saw the practice - it won't be pretty, but the kids will be all dressed up in their Sunday best. Some of the children BEGGED me to write them another play for Christmas, but I have just been too wiped out with the health woes and other RL stuff this year. I will definitely whip up something for Easter, however, and who knows what next Christmas may bring for the little ones? I'm thinking Christmas Pageant with maybe a "Star Trek" theme this year, and Herod and his people will be played by Klingons, Jesus will be Captain Kirk, Mary will be Yeoman Rand, and Joseph can be Sulu. It'll be awesome! I want phasers set on "evaporate" and tricorders so the Wise Guys can check on the status ( ... )
