*Big Hugs!* for ducky. I hope the situation gets better with the thug across the street. I lived in a bad neighborhood for a year and it was a horrible feeling sometimes, just not being safe. Hopefully he'll just steal from his stupid mother, who shouldn't have taken him back in.

You're neighbor is more that a repeat offender and I'm always amazed at the stupidity of some Judges when they favor the criminal over the people they should be protecting. The justice system will never be perfect but I hope that this guy will find himself back behind bars when he goes to trial. Some people just never learn.
