Yay for the weight loss. You might want to get fitted for a new bra as well since you have gone down 3 top sizes. Some women lose weight in the boobs too.
I have a top that I can't bend over in. I mean all anyone would see is the bra and my tat but still...
As for family? It is their loss that they don't want contact with you/aren't willing to make the contact. My family never contacts me. I am the one that sends letters. I call my sister once a week and we talk for a half an hour. I send my folks a letter about every three weeks (talking to them is impossible since I can't get a word in edgewise) and yet the only time I get contact from them is a birthday card and letter and a Christmas card, letter and a check for $50. *shrugs* I've always gotten the feeling I was a second class citizen for my parents and I got over feeling hurt a long time ago.

I'm already in a new bra size. The girls didn't get much smaller by the cup size (I've always been at least a C), but the ribs went down from a 42 to a 36. I still have ample white meat, LOL.
