1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before? Got a full time job (finally), got tested (NEGATIVE! ^_^ ), had an Amaretto Sour (SO GOOD!), was dumped, forgave Ed, realized the gravity of complacency, flew (sadly it was only on a plane :<), visited Seattle and prayed for death, risked it all.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? Same answer. Any time is a good time for self-improvement.

7. What date(s) from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? April 29th and 30th, the weekend I moved out of my apartment into my neighbor's. Had to move everything without any help (or an inkling of understanding) from anyone. You can never count on stoners.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Finally getting a job in this horrid economy.
9. What was your biggest failure? Moving back home from Chicago.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Nothing physical but plenty of spiritual abuse over here.
11. What was the best thing you bought? Mexican Wrestling Masks as souvenir gifts from Seattle for my brothers.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? My family for putting up with my miasma of emo; Aimee for helping me get this apartment; Casey for not hating me for backing out on moving into his place; my grandparents for encouraging me to vote Granholm and letting me borrow rent; my family for saying I was right to refuse that Seattle job.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? Me, Erica, Bill, my mother, Devos, Parliament for stealing one fourth of my deposit,
14. Where did most of your money go? Rent for a fruitless venture (unless pain and bitter lessons count as fruit)

16. What song(s) will always remind you of 2006? Defying Gravity-Wicked for the last quarter or so. The rest, Do You Believe-JoyDrop
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? Happier
ii. thinner or fatter? Same
iii. richer or poorer? I have less money in the bank but I have an income now.
iV. Anything else? I feel more lost and directionless. I also feel a passion I did not have last year.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Erica
26. What was the best book you read? Psychic Self-Defense by Dion Fortune. Very inspirational in terms of building my comic's universe. Of course, I could see where her Victorian (or whatever era it was) mind affected her writing.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Wicked
28. What did you want and got? A job and a place to live AWAY from my parents. Also, Martin for a brief bit (although we probably shouldn't have wanted each other in the first place).

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? 23. I dressed up in a fun outfit, walked around, got a few drinks paid for by Erica and video games. Very uneventful.

36. What political issue stirred you the most? Devos' misleading campagining and flat-out lying.
37. Who did you miss the most this year? Casey and Aimee
38. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2006: Complacency is a powerful inertia that paves the way for great injustices. (This is probably the most important lesson I've ever learned in my life; now to always remember it.)
39. Who was the best new person you met? Martin
40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year?
"All I ever really wanted was to fly
I'm pissed of with gravity
Won't you let me go?
I need to fly
And I'd like to know
Do you believe?
Will you believe?
Did you ever believe in me?"
