The Piante Legacy | 1.0
Hello, my fellow simmers! (or non-simmers. Whatevs. I don't judge.)
For those of you who don't know, I have attempted two other legacies on LiveJournal: the Pixars and the Hollands. While I loved the Pixars, my hard drive crashed during the fourth generation, and I lost them. Then I tried making the Hollands, and I didn't make it past the first post on here with them. Alaska just wasn't tickling my fancy.
But now I am back with a new start, and if you would like, I would love you to join my in my adventures with the Piante family! In this legacy, all traits will be rolled for, LTWs will be the first to pop up in their wants unless already taken by another child, and aging is changed slightly to suit my own desires. This family like my past two families will have a theme, and this time it is a flora theme! Every heir will have to master the gardening skill, and everyone will have a plant themed name, with each generation focusing on a certain type of plant. For instance, our lovely founder will be named after a vine.
Speaking of founders...
Meet Wisteria Piante!
She is an Unflirty Equestrian who Loves the Outdoors almost as much as she loves sleep as she is also Heavy Sleeper. She also has a might fine Green Thumb.
She is a Scorpio who like Autumn Salads, Lilac and Geek Rock. Her Lifetime Want is to have a Perfect Garden.
For this legacy, I thought I'd try something different and use a new town! I got Monte Vista!
And by got I mean pirated.
EA is rich enough as it is.
A little tour of the little starter shack! Nothing too fancy, just some necessities.
The first thing our lovely Founder decided to do was to get very excited by her new bathroom door.
Wisteria: NEW DOOR HYPE!
Naturally, being a young woman in want of a partner because I said so, she decided to sign up for online dating.
Don't give me that look, missy! You know what you signed up for!
Does anyone else talk to their sims as if they are real? No? Okay moving on.
The garden, like online dating, was not to her satisfaction.
Of course, this needed to be remedied immediately! Not only does she need to set a good gardening example for her heirs to come, but she also wants to have a perfect garden herself! This is the grocery store in Monte Vista, so she picked up some veggies to plant in her new garden.
Monte Vista is so pretty, guys!
This little plaza/pizza place/thingy-ma-bobber seemed like a good place to send out stalwart founder to meet a S.O.!
Wisteria: Hey! I'm new in town and-
Random Chick: NOPE! HARD PASS!
Oh hey, he's cute! Wisteria, let's go talk to him!
Camillo: GOTTA GO! BYE BITCHES!
Wisteria:
Having been spurned in her romantic endeavors, Wisteria went home and did the unthinkable.
She used the stove without any cooking skill points.
Oh...
That went better than expected.
Wisteria: And it's sweeeeeet, sweeeeet, sweet victory!
The next day, she went to her first day on her new job in the Law Enforcement career. After all, she rolled the want. She must take this seriously.
This was her career outfit.
Wisteria: I know, "Thomate"! Can you believe that they thought I wasn't professionally dressed? I'm wearing a blazer!
It's times like this that I question my hobbies.
At work, she met a man whose name was Eduardo GilsCarbo... I think.
Turned out he was married and just wanted to be besties.
So, Wisteria hit the town to scope out the local hotties.
Giacomo gave Wisteria a 3 out of 10. <<
Wisteria: Well fine then! You remind me of that annoying bird anyways!
Giacomo:
But then everyone was on Wisteria's nuts?
The chick ran off before Wisteria could talk to her, and the dude I made to ensure that the next generation has pretty potential spouses. eue sorry not sorry
It wasn't until the next day that Wisteria found someone...interesting.
Luigi Ricardo: You must be new in town. How are you liking Monte Vista?
Wisteria: Is it that obvious? Maybe that's why it's been so hard to meet people.
Luigi: I wouldn't worry too much about it. You're pretty cute after all...
You see this sim? She is going into labor. Do you know whose kid she is having?
FREAKING LUIGI!

Man on Bench: I love cuddling with you invisible girlfriend.
Luigi and she ended up talking for hours.
Wisteria: You're a pretty cool guy. Want to go back to my place?
Wisteria: Wait... what was that screaming before?
I see you looking up at her like that Luigi.
I'm still mad at you though <<
Wisteria: This might be a bit rushed but... I'm really starting to like you, Mr. Ricardo.
Luigi: I think I could say the same.

Wisteria may have picked up on the weird vibe from him, but despite her reservations...
Oh well, founders gotta get hitched to someone, amirite?
Wisteria asked him to stay the night, and he decided to sleep on the couch like a gentleman.
Or not!
No frick-frack, however, so no babies yet.
The next day, Wisteria seemed quite content, working on her garden.
She even wrote Luigi a love letter.
Oh honey bun, this isn't going to end well...
It wasn't until the next day that Wisteria got an interesting call.
Wisteria: Are you sure?... I see, thanks.
Wisteria: Hey, Luigi can you come over? We need to talk.
Wisteria: How could you lead me on like this? I thought you were different!
Wisteria: Just leave her and we can put this behind us.
It didn't end well.
