Actually, tomatoes are chock-full of important nutrients, such as vitamin C and powerful antioxidants. I'd highly recommend against such a ban. Instead, have you considered giving him fresh tomatoes instead of dishes with tomato sauce?

Really? That's preposterous - I've never heard of such a thing in my entire life. In fact, according to logic, when part of a balanced diet they should raise the fighting spirit by sheer virtue of healthy eating. Did you cross-reference this "seminar" with other studies?
