Sam calls Dean "Dean" 4 times.
"Dean, look, there's nothing to worry about. Lilith and me? In bed?"
"Dean, come on. 'The minivan accident wasn't that bad, but Dean was still seeing stars.' "

[[They BARELY CALL EACH OTHER BY THEIR NAMES AT ALL. How sad! Methinks it's because they're SICK OF SAYING THEM. It doesn't count for the tally, since they're not using the names directly, but HOW CAN I LEAVE ALL OF THESE OUT? This section is the "Winchesters talking about themselves in third person and/or gratuitously introducing themselves" section:
Dean: "There are Sam Girls and Dean Girls, and...What's a slash fan?"
Sam:: "As in Sam slash Dean. Together."
Dean: "Like...together together?"
Sam: "Yeah."
Dean: "They do know we're brothers, right?"
Dean: "It's such a complete series...what, with Dean going to Hell and all."
