experience in the interview process

this is the best attitude, and incredibly smart, bud. i feel the exact same way about interviews and auditions. i've learned to LOVE auditions, and in the process have become really good at 'em. i just enjoy the audition unto itself, for its own sake, truly expecting nothing to come of it.

this, turns out, is the way u get jobs!
