I WATCH ORPHAN BLACK!!! That's really all I have to say about it. No, there's more. The lead actress is v v v good, she plays something like 7 diff characters and each one is distinct and believable, A+ leading lady. The main character also has a pretty great relationship with her brother Felix, who is everyone's fave of course. Other than that, I don't know? The ~mystery~ was good in the beginning but I feel like it's dragging in the later episodes, I just want more stuff to happen!!! Her romantic interest vacillates between bland and boring, which is such a shame because if they had found a more compelling actor and/or built it better I'd be super into them!!! I guess what I'm saying is this show is super Canadian - lots of potential and ideas and build-up, but the execution isn't fully there. I'd still recommend it, what the hell else are you watching in the summer?

People at concerts are the worst. If they're not 8 feet tall and standing right in front of you, they're swaying around and flinging limbs and not following the "this is your dance space, this is my dance space" rule, or they're being opportunistic creepers that require constant vigilance in order to keep your personal space free of encroachment, or they're screaming the lyrics off-key or loudly having a completely unrelated conversation or just ruining your life with their right to exist. People at concerts in LA are 100 times worse in all of those regards. Plus they wear "vintage" polyester hipster dresses that leave chemical burns on your arms from them constantly jostling you. God, I wish I could go around in a hamster ball all the time.

But yeah, she pressed into my space and then she started dancing and even though I had a decent amount of buffer space on my other side to move into I was like WELL, I'M JUST NOT MOVING, BECAUSE I SAW YOU BEING A FUCKING ASSHOLE TO THE POOR GIRL IN FRONT OF YOU AND THIS IS ALL I CAN DO TO MAKE YOU PAY, so I just held my ground AND THEN BETWEEN SONGS SHE ASKED ME TO STOP PUSHING HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BITCH I HAVEN'T MOVED FROM THIS SPOT FOR AN HOUR, NOBODY INVITED YOU INTO MY PERSONAL SPACE.
