Name: Vic Masters
Age: 26 - 28
Profession: Petty Thief/ Con-Man/ Wannabe-Spy
Characteristics: Vic is a young, saavy, pseudo-professional thief. He coasts by on charisma, good looks, and people much dumber than he is. He dresses very well, normally in a white or light colored dress shirt and suit jacket. Vic stands about six-foot-thre and has short, well kept blonde hair. His eyes are blue, his teeth are white, and his legs are slightly too long for his body. He's an atheletic build, who makes up in definition what he lacks in muslce mass. He walks with a slight swagger. Three words that describe Vic Masters are smooth, smart, and anachronistic.
Background:Vic has been staying at various hotels around the city for the last three months, entirely on other people's tabs -- samaritans or not. Vic is not a god person, but he is not evil or unfair. He believes he's an orphan, but has no proof of such. His life has been spent alone for as lng as he can remember and he would very much like to keep it that way. His only interaction with other humans is soley to get something out of them.Vic does not work for anyone, he simply exists on his wits and fast hands. He's done jobs with asigned teams in the past, but after most of them either go awry or he gets screwed over by the big parties involved, he's decided to go solo. Two years ago, when he was first diving into the short con world, he was drafted by a friend of a friend into a group that would eventually be known as the Four Sided Die. It ended poorly. He carries a 9mm gun because of the breakup, but has never used it. He has ben suriviving on scraps while saving up fora cance to become obscenely wealthy, no matter what the cost. Somewhere inside of Masters, he longs for a life of much more intrigue. Spies, Private Detectives, and Humphrey Bogart are his idols. He's street-smart, quick, sharp, and knows exactly what to say to every person he comes in contact with, yet he remains oddly naive about the nature of the human race, and most dangerously, about the nature of the people with whom he becomes involved.
Distinguishing Marks: Scar on the back on the neck, slightly twisted left kneecap from a surgery in his youth.
