Well last Wednesday (32 weeks 1 say) I woke up to bright red blood in the toilet...Of course I flipped out...Called my OB...He was in surgery...Was told to go to the ER...Was sent up to L&D...Got there at about 10 AM...Was examined...Still bleeding...Cervix closed...Told my cervix was probably just irritated...By now I am cramping pretty bad and my

Huh!
Doesn't sound like you will go until Halloween to me! I know you can be dilated for weeks without having a baby, but still!

lol yea...but i spent all week worrying myself nuts...so i have decided to be optimistic...my dr is great he really assured me instead of scaring me to death like most dr's do...i dilated to 3 with my son and stayed there for a month until i was induced because i was bleeding and they couldnt figure out why...so who knows i might have stayed at 3 until my due date or after lol...i dilated at 32 weeks with him too and was induced at 36 weeks...so i am optimistic that my lil guy will stay in there long enough...keeping my fingers (and knees) crossed haha...

I think doctors are suppose to stay REALLY calm, it's quite scarey to see them not freaking out sometimes. Well I'm sorry for all your worrying, just relax though evenif it is hard. The more you worry the worse things become. (but u knew that) Wow it seems like everyone with or around my EDD have been having been going into preterm labor, except me. I'm not een sure what contractions feel like though so...
