Beyond that... where do I even begin? Reading the books, I always felt that, developed though his character was, Harry was still just a little too... epic, in the typical teen hero kinda way. I love the dynamic you've given him. He feels real in a way he never did in the novels, and I love in a way I never did while reading the books.
Your writing style is impeccable. It speaks volumes for every single one of your characters. I don't know if you've adapted to him, or if he's rubbed off on you, or if you've always just been that damn amazing, but there's so much power and emotion in your prose, and it shines like gold when you write Harry.

Something I really admire about the way you write Remus is that you make his inner conflicts so real. They're almost palpable in the text, without ever being mentioned specifically, or even really alluded to, and that takes some real skill as a writer.
Also, there's something very emotional in your Remus, something that I always felt was lurking just below the surface in the books but was never developed because of how little we got to see his character. He's very gentle and yet... almost caged, at the same time, like he's constantly holding back this flood that's been building for years and is now being let out in starts and spurts, and I am so excited about where you've taken the character. Minerva is very, very proud of him, and she cannot imagine a better replacement.

I LOVE Tonks. I love her and I love how you write her. She was always the character that I identified with the most (she's unorthodox, upbeat, clumsy - that's pretty much me), and your Tonks is absolutely true to character. There's so much passion behind her, and you bring that out so well. When I read your Tonks, I feel, not just for her, but with her. I know that's only one thing, but I really cannot say any more than that. She's simply amazing, and so are you.

I think you were at a disadvantage to the rest of us, because there was so little of Frank's character in the novels (truthfully, there was almost nothing), and while some people would argue that the lack of boundaries would make him easier to write, I have to respectfully disagree. You have a bigger job than the rest of us - and you pulled it off beautifully. There's something... classic in Frank's demeanor. He's a gentleman above and beyond the level of even Lucius Malfoy, like a little splash of old world splendor in a world that (at least to Minerva's eye) has lost a lot of its class.
I cannot imagine Neville's father as anyone but your version of Frank. I'll admit that I'd never taken the time to actively think about the Longbottoms (except to admit that they must have been amazing), but you have brought Frank out of the book for me, and as far as I am concerned JKR would have written him exactly how you play him.
