The original plan was to deal with this ourselves, but since this is hardly the time or the place for chest thumping and other displays of simple-minded egotism, I'm just going to reveal that my associates and I have a way into that thing floating above the city.

It's a road up to the city.

I swear to god, if the word "bridge" comes up.

It's really more of a road.

It's magical, ain't it?

'Cuz shit that's proposed/offered like this is typically either voodoo science or weird magic, 'round here.

Good.

...can your eyes see any defenses?

It's outside seems to be.. almost randomly constructed. It's very strange, but I would wager most of it's defenses are inside. An exterior assault seems as though it would only hasten it crashing to the city.

Great.

Guess somebody better tell the military that before they blow the thing out of the sky, huh?

Yes.

I think it would also be best for some people to stay in Domino and help with evacuation efforts, rather than trying to force a small army through our access point.

Well, you could have always flown.

I could've. But my shoulders are not exactly as broad as a road. Taking multiple trips to get everyone up would've wasted time better spent.

[In their hotel, Mikhail is watching this post with something between interest and trepidation.]

"...how many people are we planning to open the Bifrost for anyway?"

She pauses to think.

"We'll see how many people attempt to go."

"If there's too many, we won't be able to keep it open long enough to go up ourselves, Astrid."

She pauses, but it doesn't seem like this is something she failed to consider.
