A Tool of the Media

Otherwise known as "the human condition." It is precisely what makes you suffer, and it will tear you apart every waking moment of your wasted, ill-spent life. You were treated badly as a child and think you have a problem? We have a pill for that. Is your pathetic dick too limp to be worth anything? We have a pill for that. Can't find a mate? We ( Read more... )

Just out of honest curiosity, what do you and your friends call yourselves? Or is it just "emo haters?" You guys have this club thing going on (or is it more like a religion? Your "beliefs" sound more like some deep-south, never-have-mercy-for-the-hurting Baptist church doctrine), and I feel like you should have a name if you don't already. I have this image from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, if you've seen it. Where the three nerds from her high school decide to take over the town. They're sitting around playing cards in one of the guy's mom's basement, and they say, "Wanna take over Sunnydale?" I haven't thought about that show in years, but your cult/club thing reminds me of that. Probably because your situations parallel in how pathetic they are. Maybe it's not "emo haters"; it's probably something more like, "The Elite ( ... )

You keep saying to others that you’re just doing this “for lulz.” Well, the KKK didn’t start out as a hate-driven group. They started out in a small town in Tennessee, pranking people in the middle of the night. You know, for fun. For laughs. “For lulz.” It took years for their innocent pranking to turn into the violence you were taught about in your history class. When the KKK changed from a prankster-type group to a blood-thirsty cult around 1860, they truly believed they could purge the world of blacks. The white community would surely come to its senses, and if they didn’t, then this group would take them out one by one. The KKK thought they were indestructible; they believed the blacks would fail. The KKK is still around today - but they are still the ones that failed. Their persistence is not a sign of their success, but of how pathetic they are. Blacks got their rights and equal protection and are still gaining ground today. And no matter how much the KKK spews pointless hate, blacks will continue to get the rights they deserve ( ... )

I just haven’t seen anyone who doesn’t claim to be emo discuss this with you. So I was curious if you’d hate me, too, just because I think for myself and don’t feel the way you want me to.

Once upon a time, there was a self-indulgent, nonperson entity, cruising through the vast ocean of the internet. It didn't want to hurt people particularly, only to perhaps through crueler means enlighten them to their stupidity ( ... )

Of course, the bright-eyed denizens of the internet, hoping for a hug, hoping for acceptance, will take The Mute seriously. They will see it as blind, as angry, and as foolish ( ... )

Hidinginlyrics, you are now speaking directly to the creator or The Mute. Your assumption that I assume, or, more accurately, that the actions of my character were based purely on assumption, are flatly incorrect. Having returned for this one day to see if anything had changed, and having hardly anything better to do, I read your entire pair of long posts. I found nothing of value in them, mostly for the fact that, simplified, it would be the equivalent of a man shouting at a book for offending him. You make several typographical and grammatical errors between your attempts at allowing fallacies to take place as fact, and ultimately you have not said anything to The Mute that he has not heard before ( ... )
