Depressed

I am currently in the depths of the darkest mood that i have had in years, and i have no idea why. This level of lack of control recalls times in my past that i had fought and thought that i had got rid off. This saddens me greatly but i guess you cannot ever get rid of tendencies such as these if you get them ( Read more... )

Meep :-( I feel bad for not being as inspiring as I might have been on the phone today. But *hugs* and stuff.

On the evil toads front, there *have* been several DDOS attacks recently, which means your IP might have been being blocked cos of that. status.livejournal.com is your friend. Alternatively, you could ask James nicely for a login on ziggy and use lynx.... ok, maybe not.

Anyway, I hope you start feeling better soon, and will see you this weekend for fun and frolics, hopefully. *extra hugs* *sends happy thoughts*

You need to remove stress from your life, which is difficult. I get the same sort of feeling when I get bogged down with stress. Funny thing is Sin City is this weekend :)

And you aren't ugly. Honest. Really. No. No arguments here, when you put on the rubber gloves women flock, and part of the reason is that, like myself, you let your appearance change your outward personality. If you feel sexy, people will find you sexy. Come out in your best sexy clothing, and we will see who is ugly!

RTTTTOEE on Thursday perhaps? You can't work every evening! Also do let us read the great work you are writing as soon as a first draft is ready. There are plenty of good eyes for academic achievement around.

Take control, do the work and I guarantee you'll feel better; the trick is to not let it get to your head and maintain a schedule. If you are feeling consistently down make a doctors appointment to discuss the problem especially if it's lasted longer than a week. More importantly tell your tutor and inform them that you are seeking help. Don't make excuses for yourself when speaking to the doctor, just describe how you feel. If the doctor suspects depression and prescribes medication ask for a letter to give to the University explaining the situation. If you can't find a rational explanation it could well be biological; Having that fact on paper will make a huge difference.

I agree with dooferlad that you are definitely not ugly; You can be incredibly sexy and charming, you just need to work on your self-esteem and presentation sometimes. Also, we all feel a bit lonely now and then but there are much worse positions to be in.
