I appreciate all of the comments and phone calls regarding the engaaaagement :) It was cute. Matt was planning on putting the ring in my car before I headed off to work, and then calling me and telling me that he forgot something in my car and ask me if I could find it for him. And then I'd go out, see it, and he'd pull up and ask me to marry him.

I just didn't believe you! I hope you weren't offended, that wasn't my intention at all because I am really excited for you and Matt, but you'd used that excuse to call me a couple of times and you lacked the excitement that I would've expected (or else I just didn't hear it). But CONGRATS CONGRATS CONGRATS!!! I was just totally shocked when I actually saw you with a diamond on your finger, and then saddened to realize that I am still years behind you - and I'm older, as you pointed out... ;)

I also took plenty of pics of you flashing me your ring, so does that count? I can't wait to help you plan your big day, and I'm honored that you asked me to be your maid of honor. Well, you sort of demanded it. Just don't change your mind! Because that sort of stinks.

And thanks for telling MK and Ree before me. I see where I stand...geesh!
