(exhibition at L'Hôtel de Ville)

(Cléo de 5 à 7, encore une fois)

Today I saw Rocco and His Brothers at the Cinemathèque. It was a great film. It was tough to see by myself, though, and I don't recommend you do the same. The Cinemathèque is really the best place to see a movie. The theatres aren't really pretty, but everything feels so professional and clean and perfect. The screen is covered by four different plates that, when the movie begins, separate so the screen emerges as a little box and then grows bigger, to the exact aspect ratio of the film. The seats are firm and comfortable. When I'm there I just feel like I'm in really good hands.
I think the theme from The Cider House Rules is one of my all time favorite pieces of music.
I'm going to Strasbourg next weekend (!!!!).
I suddenly find myself unable to upload pictures from my camera to my computer, so it may be a while before I can post more on facebook.
My approaching depart is sad to think about, but not terribly so because I know (hope?) I'll be back, and because I'm so looking forward to the summer (not that I've secured an internship or apartment yet....).
Work is tiring and tedious and lonely (I'm by myself a lot).
Did I mention I never want to be a producer?
