I love these things because they are my life and have done more for me than they could ever think possible.
Least favorite things & why: Supid, obnoxious, ignorant people, bigots, assholes, shitheads. Bad movies, fake accent, out-of-tune music, my family, my friends, meat, people who wear too much makeup, not getting jobs, forgetting to send my application into Lav in time, being manic depressive and obsessive compulsive... Name it, I probably hate it. I'm just a very picky, hard to please person.
Favorite movie & why: Edward Scissorhands - because the movie's just fucking rad, and Try Seventeen because what could be better than Franka Potente and Elijah Wood in one movie?
Do you read? If so, what are your favorite books?: I do! A lot, actually. Probably too much. I like anything by Sylvia Plath, William S. Burroughs or Jeanette Winterson. Well, I like any book, really. My bedroom is like a library - an unorganized one, but one nonetheless.
Who, in your opinion is OBVIOUSLY duhsex?: Anyone who can put a smile on my face - and ask Elle, that's hard to do.

Tell us a few interesting facts about yourself: Well, I just graduated high school with an associates degree in sociology (whee, running start). I ride hunter jumpers and dressage (that would be horses). I'm going to Stephen's College in January to major in Equestrian Business Management. Stephen's is an all womens college. I work at a summer camp most of the time and might be this summer if I actually get my ass in gear and turn my application in soon.
Give us your opinions on two controversial topics close to your heart (if you choose gay rights/same sex marriages/abortion, please make it less generic. We've heard the plea for pro-topic. Make it interesting and worth reading!):
x. Gay Marriage; You are who you are and you love who you love and there shouldn't be any political restraints that barr them from being able to make that love known through the bonds of marriage. And don't give me shit about civil unions because they don't allow for anything.
x. Women's Rights; I'm a feminist, and I've gotten a lot of shit about it, i.e. "I'm a man hater," or "I'm a big ass dyke," or shit like that. I hate that because I am a feminist I get all these other labels slapped on me. But let's face it, women are gaining equal rights, but it's a long, slow road that we've only begun to walk on, there's still sexism in the workplace, in school and in everyday life and it's effecting us in ways we wouldn't believe.
x. Body Image; I am not a little girl. I used to be - I used to be a lot of things. I used to be a ballet dancer, and they told me I was too fat (at 5'8" and 110 pounds). I've had my struggles with eating disorders, and it really sucked. I've been fat and happy and I've been skinny and miserable, and I'm much happier how I am now. Sure, I'm big, but I live life to the fullest and I can sure as hell knock most people out of the water.
And finally, why should we vote yes?: Because I fucking rock hardcore.
