The chip shop across the road from my work comes up with this beauty.

We'll ignore the lack of apostrophe in Beattie's or Beatties' depending on how many of them there are (and Tate's for that matter) and just go straight for the horrendous spelling mistake.

The worst part is they have exactly the same sign on the other side of the door, with exactly the same spelling mistake. Surely somebody, between the printer, the guy who owns the shop or the person who designed the sign has spotted this before now?
