That was the very first video to air on MTV back in 1979.

A mailing list friend about fifteen years ago sent me a mix tape with a couple of Wombles songs on it. Very super-catchy bubblegum pop. I read they were super-popular in the seventies. Strange that not too many UK Furries mention the Wombles as a influence.

LOL, after seeing other Wombles videos I can understand why. The Banana Splits could beat the Wombles in a battle of the bands.
