So my mom's from New Orleans. Most all of her ants, uncles, cousins etc. are still down there. If they're ok and need a place to stay she's going to tell them to come up here till they can rebuild or whatever down there. Cell phone towers are still up for the most part as I understand it. Also many of the newspaper companys that have a web address are hosting lost/found forums.
