Dungeon is No More!!!

So not even a month after subscribing to Dungeon magazine from Paizo, who has had the license from Wizards to do the official periodicals for about 6 years now, they announce that in September they will discontinue both. So now I have to figure out what happens with my money! And where I'm gonna go to get new adventures and material for my ( Read more... )

I'm not sure what Dungeon mag is about, but based on the phrase "Damn half-ogre swine" I'm going to have to assume it has something to do with you being a geek. ;)

It's the compliment publication to Dragon magazine. While the latter is for role-players to help them optimize their characters, Dungeon is for the game master, to help expand and develop their campaigns and adventures.

Yes, it's most definitely about me being a geek.

Time to bust out the graph paper and sourcebooks so you can live life like the rest of we GM's/DM's/Storytellers.

Dungeon is/was a decent mag. Some of my friends play Warhammer 40K and read White Dwarf, their official magazine. The only thing I hate about that is that they seem to modify the rules slightly in each issue, so you get a bunch of rules lawyers running around the place.
