Oh bless him. I'm so glad you're doing all this for him, that's so sweet. You'll find that ducks usually have the opposite of your expected effect on me... it's not been unknown for their cuteness to make me cry!

they ARE neat creatures, aren't they???

Three in all his infinite crabbiness never fails to make me laugh. he thinks he's a lean mean feathered machine, but is really just a lump of squishable fun. he gets so aggrivated when i kiss him on his head.
ha!

Ok You should have asked. I knew there was a handicapped duck site, for petes sake I worked for Handicappedpets.com The bed is a typical bed for animals that have inconstinence problems or arthritic problems. I can gaurantee you the wheelchair design is going to be very similar to the ones used for dogs and cats. So no I didn't get a giggle from the fact that there is a site, more along the lines of your reaction to the site. Oh and by the way you can buy bird diapers, I am pretty sure the xtra large would fit on your duck. They are like 14-15 bucks for the diaper and a package of liners (which in actuality are nothing but panty liners. A necessity for those times when a duck just can't get up to do the deed! HaHa

That's cool. Deb has her finger on everything. Those guys there are awesome.
Glad he has something to give him relief.

Oh and while I didn't laugh Riley thought the duck was silly.

I did not laugh once...although I did say "Awww, how freakin' adorable" a few times! Seriously that is one cute little ducky...almost looks regal in that lovely heightened bed! And in the water he looked sorta Swan-like.

Take care of the guy...

But all bets are off aboutt he laughing when you post pics of the wheelchair!!

oh c'mon... even i laughed my ass off when we first put him into that contraption.

i mean just LOOK at him hanging there.... lol!!

he's the funniest duck TJ.
because we handle him so much (unlike the rest of the unruly flock), we've come to know him really well. and he just makes me laugh all the time.

he works really hard at maintaining what little dignity he has left... but i think the last straw was the bed. he's ubergrumpy now... and has decided to ignore me.
lol.

i'll keep ya posted about the wheelchair!!
