So i'm sitting here feedin Saoirse and Vashta jumps up. So I say no & direct her off my lap. She lands in the cradle next to me

What adorable pictures. And yeah, contrary to folk myths, I think it's entirely possible for a cat to love a new baby. I'm glad yours seems to.

We were worried because she really doesn't like other people. She loves us & vaguely tolerates a few friends... and pretty well hates other people being in her space. I'm very glad she loves the baby.

Cats are an odd sort animal. Wonderful to have around, but an odd sort. Glad that she loves the little munchkin.
