Pretty much what his profile says, Kamoi is a starving artist who appeared in episode 156 of Sailor Moon SuperS.
Kamoi was an anime-only character who appeared in the fourth season. He was a young artist who liked to sit in the park and paint people passing by. His depictions of people, however, fit only his own interpretation of them, which was often very different from the point of view of his subjects.
He met Usagi and Chibiusa after he found Usagi arguing with one of his previous customers, who was dissatisfied with his work. When he offered to paint Usagi, she wanted to be drawn holding a meat bun, which, to his dismay, caused him to faint because he had not eaten for so long. After the pair invited him to their home for dinner, he admitted that he could not afford to pay for necessities; even though he could make more money by painting people to look more beautiful than they really were, he would feel empty inside because he would not have painted them as he saw them.
He was targeted by CereCere, who tricked him into agreeing to paint her. After she was unsatisfied by the result, he went back on his principles, and decided for his second attempt to paint her looking more beautiful than she really appeared. As a result, when his Dream Mirror removed it was shown to be grayed out and tarnished because he betrayed his dream, to the point that CereCere's Lemures, TogeToge Jou, refused to eat it.
After he was rescued by Sailor Moon, Kamoi went back to his work, but once again followed his dream, and grew happier as a result of it.
So you got the who, what, where, and when. As for why I play him: It's because he was different from the typical victim-of-the-day. I almost wished he appeared in more than one episode. :U
Since he's sadly, a minor character, I doubt any games would accept him, so I usually stick to dressing rooms. Feel free to fire any questions/rp ideas at me by commenting here or by PM. Just try not to involve actual flames. :D; I also would like to add that I'm usually up for anything, depending on the extremities of whatever the idea is (but I'm not a fan of guro, scat, or any of the uhhh violent stuff).
