It doesn't have to be summer for those things to happen here. Hell, the sun doesn't shine for 3 months (and I'm being generous) of every year. Then again, if it weren't for the odd people speaking to me on the street, the drunks emerging from the strip club across from my building greeting me with "OW" and "hey baby", and people asking for money in rather unique ways, I could go days without anyone speaking to me but Matt ( ... )
