Filter --> Sharpen --> Smart sharpen
Edit --> Fade smart sharpen (54%)



Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Selective Color.

Add this texture by girlboheme, Lighten 100%.

Image --> Rotate Canvas --> Flip Canvas Horizontal.

Move it to the right.



Add this texture by sparkOfMadness, Soft Light 100%.



Add this texture by haudvafra and this texture by (?), both Lighten 100%. Then, erase the light from the bottom of your icon. Done ;)

Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Solid Color.

Create a new layer, choose a basic round brush (diameter 45pt/hardness 0%) and create a spot color (#fb0691). Set the layer to Screen 100%. Duplicate the layer once, set to Lighten 70%.

Add a light texture and a tiny text brush.
