So I can at sleep at night. I end up falling aseep at 3 AM and waking up 4 hours later craving cereal .. so of course I mindlessly scarf down a bowl and fall back to sleep, only to wake up 4 hours later feeling like shit. you need to eat something high in protein at dinner--eating before bed is terrible for you though. i don't eat anything within three hours of sleep or i feel like shit.
